ChocoLite Protein Shake Mix is a premium easy-mixing shake mix designed to help serious dieters lose weight fast. Suggested Use
Blend, shake or stir 2 scoops of powder into 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) cold water. For thicker, creamier shakes, use a blender and mix for 30-40 seconds.
